摘要: 目的 对1998年~2018年医学生人文素质教育领域英文文献进行可视化分析,探讨医学生人文素质教育领域的核心研究与热点发展趋势。方法 使用引文可视化分析软件Citespace对Web of Science数据库的医学生人文素质教育领域的研究团队、高影响力作者、高影响力期刊进行定量统计和定性分析。结果 美国是发文量最多的国家,占20年来总发文量的41.4%(516/1246);加拿大多伦多大学是发文量最多的机构(26篇);Fred Hafferty是文章被引频次最高的作者(196次);Academic Medicine是被引频次最高的期刊(841次)。结论 医学生人文素质教育领域近20年研究热点主要包括医学人文素质教育的基本内涵、加强医学生人文教育重要性的认识、优化人文课程结构、组建专业的医学人文素质师资队伍等方面。

Abstract: Objective To visualize the English literature of medical students' humanities education in 1998-2018, and to explore the core research and hot-spot of medical students' humanities education.Methods Citespace was used to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of the research team, high-impact authors and high-impact journals of the medical science and humanities education in the Web of Science database.Results The United States is a country with the largest number of publications, accounting for 41.4%(516/1246) of the total number of publications in 20 years; the University of Toronto, Canada is the top one in terms of paper publication, up to 26; Fred Hafferty is the author with the highest number of articles cited, 196 times; Academic Medicine is the most cited journal, with a frequency of 841.Conclusions The research hotspots of medical students' humanities education in the past 20 years mainly include the basic connotation of medical humanities education, the understanding of the importance of medical students' humanities education, the optimization of humanities curriculum structure, and the establishment of professional medical humanities faculty.
