摘要: 本文通过文献研究,总结了国际化医学人才应当具有的相关胜任力与国内外培养举措与状况,为我国国际化医学人才的培养提供参考。国际化医学人才胜任力涉及全球卫生、国际领导力、跨文化和跨专业协作等方面,国内外高校主要通过国际合作与交流、跨文化教育、跨专业教育、国际医学教育项目等方式进行国际化人才培养。为了更好地培养国际化医学人才,我国需要加强医学教育国际合作与交流,通过融合多学科教育提升医学生综合素养和全球责任意识,提高医学教育国际化程度并重视国际医学毕业生的吸引与使用,以及强化医学生语言能力的培养。

Abstract: Based on literature review, this study summarized competency requirements for internationalized medical talents and relevant educational measures home and abroad, and provided suggestions on the cultivation of internationalized medical talents in China. The competency requirements for internationalized medical talents involve aspects such as global health, international leadership, intercultural and interprofessional collaboration competence. Universities in China and other countries mainly carry outinternationalized talent cultivation through international cooperation and exchange, intercultural education, interprofessional education, and international medical education programs. In order to better cultivate internationalized medical talents, China needs to strengthen international cooperation and exchange in medical education, enhance medical students′ comprehensive professionalism and global responsibility awareness through the integration of multidisciplinary education, promote internationalization of medical education, attach importance to the attraction and use of international medical graduates, and strengthen the cultivation of medical students′ language abilities.
