Current status of competency evaluation index system for clinical teachers in general practice in China

摘要: 目的 了解我国全科医学临床带教师资岗位胜任力评价指标体系研究现状。方法 截至2023年5月,通过关键词检索万方、中国知网数据库以及PubMed英文数据库,对相关评价指标体系进行综述和分析。结果 共纳入中英文文献9篇。文献分析结果显示,我国全科医学临床带教师资岗位胜任力评价指标尚不统一;职业素养、教学能力和专业能力评价指标被诸多研究纳入;全科医学基本理念评价指标正在逐渐受到重视;科研能力评价指标所占权重偏低。结论 目前我国全科医学临床带教师资岗位胜任力评价指标体系尚不完善,应当加强相关研究,规范师资来源和质量,建立激励机制,加大保障力度,完善考核评估机制。

Abstract: Objective To understand the current status of competency evaluation index system of clinical teachers in general practice in China. Methods Till May 2023, we searched Wanfang, CNKI Chinese database and PubMed English database by keywords for literature review. Results A total of 9 Chinese and English literature were included, and the results showed that the evaluation indexes of competence for clinical teachers in general practice in China were not consistent. Most of studies included professional competence, teaching ability and occupational literacy evaluation indexes. The evaluation index of the basic concept of general practice is gradually being paid attention to. The weight of scientific research ability is relatively low. Conclusions At present, the competency evaluation indicators of clinical teachers in general practice are imperfect, so we should strengthen relevant research, standardize the source and quality of teachers, establish an incentive mechanism, increase security efforts, and improve the assessment and evaluation mechanism.
