哈佛大学医学院与北京大学医学部医学整合课程的比较与分析

Comparison and analysis of the integrated curriculum between Harvard Medical School and Peking University Health Science Center

摘要: 结合社会发展需要与医学教育发展规律,哈佛大学医学院与北京大学医学部先后分阶段推进医学课程整合。在哈佛大学医学院途径(Pathway)与北京大学医学部新时代(New Era)教学改革中,2所院校分别结合其教学资源与环境、学生特点等,构建了医学整合课程与教学管理体系,创新了教学方法与考核方式。本文从课程框架与内容、教学方法与考核方式、教学组织与管理等3个方面比较分析哈佛大学医学院与北京大学医学部的做法,以期为其他医学院校整合课程的实施与管理提供参考。

Abstract: According to the needs of social development and the laws of medical education development, Harvard Medical School and Peking University Health Science Center implemented curriculum integration step by step. In the Pathway and New Era curriculum, Harvard Medical School and Peking University Health Science Center, based on their teaching resources, environments and student characteristics, have constructed the integrated curriculum and teaching management system, proposed matching teaching methods and assessments, and etc. This paper compared and analyzed the integrated curriculum between the two medical schools from curriculum framework, teaching and assessment and curriculum organization and management, in order to inform medical schools for their similar undertakings.
