摘要: 德尔菲法是一种采用匿名方式咨询专家意见,经过多次征询最终得出反馈结果的定性与定量相结合的预测评价方法。本文结合构建医学整合课程评价指标体系的实例,介绍了德尔菲法的概念、实施步骤、统计分析及其运用中的注意事项等,以期帮助研究者准确理解和掌握德尔菲法的原理及实施步骤,不断推动并规范德尔菲法在医学教育研究中的应用。

Abstract: The Delphi method is a combination of qualitative and quantitative forecasting evaluation method. It draws the results from the experts by several rounds of anonymous consultations. Combining with the real case of constructing integrated medicine curriculum evaluation index system the author introduces the concept of the Delphi method, its implementation steps, the statistical analysis and the application, the focus on principle of the Delphi method and to implementation technology and to optimize the application of the Delphi method in medical education research.
