手术室专业护士核心能力及其影响因素的调查分析

摘要: 目的 调查手术室专业护士核心能力水平现状,探讨其核心能力的影响因素。方法 采用便利整群抽样方法,2018年10月~12月选择北京市两所三级甲等医院的196名手术室专业护士作为研究对象,采用自制的手术室专业护士核心能力评价量表进行调查。量表的克朗巴赫系数为0.983,KMO值为0.975。采用SPSS19.0对调查结果进行统计分析,并用单因素方差分析、独立样本t检验、多元线性回归分析进行影响因素分析。结果 手术室专业护士的核心能力总分(191.65±23.90)分、专业基础能力(22.05±2.90)分、围手术期评估能力(25.38±3.41)分、专业管理能力(43.82±5.00)分、专业配合能力(51.15±7.34)分、专业发展能力(49.25±7.50)分。单因素方差分析和t检验结果显示,不同年龄、职称、职务、学历、工作年限、层级的护士在各维度得分及总分的差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05); 多元线性回归分析结果显示,护士的层级、职务、职称、年龄分别是影响其专业基础能力、专业管理能力、专业配合能力、专业发展能力维度得分的重要变量。结论 手术室专业护士核心能力处于良好水平,层级、职务、职称、年龄是其核心能力的影响因素。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the current status of core competence of surgical nurses in operation theatre and to explore the influencing factors of their core competence. Methods A convenient cluster sampling method was adopted. From October 2018 to December 2018, 196 surgical nurses working in operation theatre from two tertiary hospitals in Beijing were selected and evaluated with self-made surgical nurse core competency evaluation scale. The Cronbachs Alpha of the scale is 0.983 and the KMO value is 0.975. Statistical analysis was performed with SPSS 19.0. One-way ANOVA,independent sample t test and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors. Results The total score of core competence was (191.65±23.90), essential professional ability was (22.05±2.90), perioperative evaluation ability was (25.38±3.41), professional management ability was (43.82±5.00), professional cooperation ability was (51.15 ±7.34), and individual development ability was (49.25±7.50). One-way analysis of variance and independent sample t test results showed that different ages, education,titles, duties, working years and levels of nurses were related to both significant different dimensional scores and total scores (all P<0.05). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the nurses' levels, title, duties and age were the important variables that affected their essential professional ability, professional management ability,professional coordination ability, individual development ability respectively. Conclusions The core competence of the surgical nurses working in the operation theatre in this investigation is at an good level. The levels,title, duties, and age are the influencing factors of their core competence.
