利用Agisoft PhotoScan软件制作法医病理学3D数字标本的探索和教学应用

摘要: 法医病理学3D数字标本在法医病理学教学中发挥着越来越重要的作用。3D数字标本的传统手工建模存在制作过程复杂、耗时、技术要求高等不足,而激光扫描建模因其价格较贵且不方便在不固定的法医病理学解剖现场使用而难以推广。本文探索利用基于二维图像构建三维数字模型的Agisoft PhotoScan软件制作法医病理学3D数字标本的方法。在法医学专业学生中使用制作成功的3D数字标本进行教学,学生普遍认为该方法制作的3D数字标本与传统的大体标本相比,不仅能达到大体标本的清晰度,还能够随时随地进行学习,学习空间变得自由、开放。总之,利用Agisoft PhotoScan软件能够简便、真实地完成数字标本的制作,教学效果良好。虽然利用该软件制作数字标本还存在新鲜标本建模困难以及小标本建模后立体感不强的缺点,但是在心、脑、肺、肝、肾等大多数器官经短时间固定后的3D数字标本制作中值得推广。

Abstract: Forensic pathology specimens play a vital role in the teaching of forensic pathology. Traditional manual modeling has the shortcomings of complex production process, time-consuming, and high technical requirements, while laser scanning is difficult to promote because it is expensive and difficult to popularize in forensic pathological dissection sites. We explore ways to produce 3D digital specimens of forensic pathology using Agisoft PhotoScan software that constructs three-dimensional digital models based on two-dimensional images. When the use of successful 3D digital specimens was applied for teaching forensic science students, they generally believe that the specimens produced by this method can not only achieve the clarity of the general specimens compared with the traditional specimens, but also be able to learn anytime and anywhere, and the learning space becomes free and open. In short, the use of Agisoft PhotoScan software can be used to make digital specimens in an easy and realistic way, and the teaching effect is good. Although the use of the software to make digital specimens still has the shortcomings of modeling fresh specimens and the lack of three-dimensional sense after modeling small specimens, it is worth promoting in the production of 3D digital specimens of most organs such as heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other organs after short-term fixation.
