The exploration of constructing a scientific assessment system for medical disciplines

Abstract: To reverse unscientific value orientation , it is urgent to construct a scientific assessment system of medical disciplines. Through reviewing the assessment history and the development trend of medical disciplines, researching and interviewing relevant experts, and combining the empirical study, it is tried to put forward thoughts and suggestions for the construction of medical discipline assessment index system, which covers a stratified and classified assessment indexes on strategy building of discipline development, an in-process evaluation index for talent bring up, the evaluation indexes for scientific research and nationwide needs-based application, evaluation indexes for sustainable faculty development, and evaluation system of medical disciplines in terms of academic reputation as well as social contribution.
