Constructive research on the competence-based post-shift training course for general practitioners

Abstract: Objective Building a training system for general practitioners and so to improves the quality of training. Methods All the data were analized by delphi method. Results The expert consultation questionnaires were recovered in the two rounds, the expert authority coefficient is 0.87, a curriculum system consisting of 3 first-level indicators, 9 second-level indicators and 33 third-level indicators was constructed. Conclusions It has certain scientific comprehensiveness and practicability, and has reference value to the establishment of the training course for general practitioners.
