Design and implementation of a competency-based fellowship training evaluation system

Abstract: The standardized fellowship training at Peking University has been carried out for 5 years. A competency-based fellowship training evaluation system has been built up, with the process assessment, the middle exams and the final exams. It was elaborated in this article about the design and implementation of the fellowship training assessment system, focusing on the final examination component, and analyzing the assessment results of resent from 2018 to 2019 for the purpose of exploring an efficient and reasonable evaluation format, and to improve the fellowship training and evaluation system in the future.
