Abstract

Abstract: Aimed at China’s shortages of talents and faculty in general practice,and non-standard management of bases,this paper discussed how to establish the cultivation system for high level general practitioners. The practical experience in related aspects,including cultivation model,faculty training,base construction and establishment of high quality platform were also summarized in this paper in order to promote the cultivation of the talents in general practice in China.
