Study on talents cultivation of pediatrician the background of healthy China construction

Abstract

Abstract: Based on universal two-child policy and the construction of healthy China, this article analyzed present situation and existed problems of cultivation of pediatrics talents. A new cultivation model was put forward based on innovation on the system and mechanism, to respond to new requirements of the society. This model included disciplinary construction, high-level teacher training,excellent teaching materials, strengthening international practice and focusing on medical humanistic education.
