Research on obstacles to later-period teaching in regional medical colleges and corresponding countermeasures

Abstract: Later-period teaching is an important part of undergraduate teaching. However, due to the impact and shock of various factors, there are many troubles which always influence the teaching work in local medical colleges and universities. According to the questionnaires and interview research from 652 graduates in 10 majors including clinical medicine and pharmacy of Jining Medical University, and 41 teachers, practice teachers, teaching management personnel, counselors etc., our research group bring forward the institutional reform of postgraduate entrance exams and formulate positive employment policy for graduates. At the same time, the research group sets up scientific views on human resources and change our old views to meet the needs of postgraduate entrance exams and teaching reform. The research group also explores new teaching methods and enhances students' learning interests and consciousness of self-discipline by giving them some resolution strategies and suggestions.
