Strengthening humanistic medical education in standardized residents training

Abstract: Every health care provider should realize it's particularly important to cultivate the residents with professional skills and noble humanistic spirit. Medical professional education and humanities education must be integrated perfectly, then it will facilitate progress in standardized training for residents and promote the level of healthcare services.This paper focus on the importance of training humanistic attitude in standardized training of residents, and the methodology of training including communication ability of doctors and improvement of faculty performance.
