Study on the evaluation index system of humanistic education in medical university

Abstract: This paper is to build a set of evaluation index system for medical universities, so as to improve the quality of humanity education and the education effect. On the basis of literature review, a basic framework of evaluation index system was built, and Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were used to calculate the weight of the system. An evaluation index system for humanistic quality education including 5 first level indexes and 17 secondary indexes was built and the index weights were also established. The structure and content of the evaluation index system was more reasonable which reflected new teaching idea and humanistic idea.
