浙江省住院医师规范化培训基地临床技能中心发展现状与问题分析

摘要: 目的 调查浙江省住院医师规范化培训基地临床技能中心建设现状,探讨当前临床技能中心发展运行中存在的主要问题,为优化临床技能中心建设和管理提供经验和依据。方法 采用德尔菲专家咨询法,自制调查问卷,对全省127家住院医师规范化培训基地建设和运行现状进行调查。结果 浙江省国家级住院医师规范化培训基地临床技能中心面积大多在600平方米~2000平方米,省级培训基地临床技能中心面积大多小于1000平方米;临床技能中心专职管理人员配备不足,结构不合理;师资大多相对固定;培训课程缺乏系统性;运行情况参差不齐;信息化程度不高。结论 应当进一步加强临床技能中心专职管理人员配置,提高信息化水平,构建核心师资团队,完善培训课程体系,建立稳定和长效的投入机制。

Abstract: Objective To survey the current situation of medical resident standardization training base clinical skill center in Zhejiang Province, to discuss the main problems exist in the development and operation of clinical skill center, and provide the experience and basis for further optimize the construction and management of clinical skill center. Methods By using Delphi Method and self-designed questionnaire to investigate the current situation of the construction and operation of medical resident standardization training base in whole province. Results The national base area is mostly 600~2000 square meters. Most provincial bases are less than 1000 square meters. It is insufficient and unreasonable for the arrangement of fulltime managers in the skill center. Most teachers are relatively fixed. The curriculum system is lack of systematization. The using condition is uneven level. The level of information construction is general. Conclusions This paper proposed to strengthen the staffing of full-time managers, improve the level of information, build the core faculty team, to optimize the curriculum and training program as well as to set up a stable and long-term investment mechanism.
