多学科协作护理模式联合基于问题学习教学方法应用于急诊护理学教学的研究

摘要: 目的 探讨多学科协作(multi-disciplinaryteam,MDT)护理模式联合基于问题学习(problem-basedlearning,PBL)的教学方法在急诊护理学教学中的应用效果。方法 本研究采用实验对照方法。选取在武汉大学人民医院急诊科实习的武汉大学2013级~2015级护理学专业270名学生为研究对象,将2017年7月~2018年2月实习的2015级和部分2014级护理学专业144名学生设为实验组,2016年12月~2017年6月实习的2013级和部分2014级护理学专业126名学生设为对照组。实验组采用MDT护理模式联合PBL教学方法,对照组采用基于讲授的教学方法(Lecture-basedlearning,LBL),比较两组学生的考核成绩及其教学满意度调查结果。结果 实验组学生的基础理论考核成绩、应急处理考核成绩、综合能力考核成绩、对教学的满意度评分[(36.96±2.56)分、(35.44±2.28)分、(18.48±1.06)分、(35.18±3.98)分]均高于对照组学生[(35.92±2.48)分、(34.05±2.16)分、(17.32±1.02)分、(28.22±2.94)分],差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论 MDT护理模式联合PBL教学方法应用于急诊护理学教学,有助于学生对基础理论知识的掌握及其应急能力和综合能力的培养,提高了学生的教学满意度,为临床工作奠定了基础。

Abstract: Objective To explore the learning outcome of multi-disciplinary team(MDT) plus problem-based learning(PBL) model in the training of emergency nursing.Methods A total of 270 students majoring in nursing enrolled in 2013,2014 and 2015 in Renmin Hospital,Wuhan University were selected as research objects,126 intership trainees selected from December 2016 to June 2017 as control group and 144 from July 2017 to February 2018 as experimental group.The control group used lecture-based learning methods and the experimental group used MDT mode combined with PBL.Results The experimental group theory test (36.96±2.56),emergencyassessment(35.44±2.28) and comperehensive ability assessment(18.48±1.06) were significantly higher than the control group(35.92±2.48),(34.05±2.16),(17.32±1.02).The trainees' satisfaction of in the experimental group (35.18±3.98) was significantly higher than that in the control group was(28.22±2.94).Conclusions MDT combined with PBL mode improve the students' achievement and comprehensive ability,and cultivate students' emergency capacity,so as to enhance the analysis and problem solving ability,to lay the foundation for the furure clinical work.
