摘要： 第二代医学教育改革的核心是整合课程和基于问题学习,以胜任力为导向的医学教育则是第三代医学教育改革的重要特征。实施第二代医学教育改革是胜任力导向医学教育理念向院校教育阶段延伸的重要前提。准确理解两者的关系对于深化医教协同具有重要意义。

关键词: 基于问题学习, 课程整合, 胜任力导向的医学教育, 形成性评价

Abstract: The core of 2G reformation of medical education is the integrated curriculum and problem-based learning.The competency-based medical education is an important feature of the 3G medical education reform.The implementation of the second-generation of medical education reform is a necessary precondition and defined as extension of the concept of competence-oriented education to the educational experience in colleges or universities.It is important to understand the relationship between the two concepts accurately based on solid coordination of medical education.
