摘要: 基于问题学习(problem-based learning,PBL)是第二代医学教育改革的核心特征之一,其对医学生临床思维的建立具有重要的作用。本文阐述了应用PBL教学对医学生进行临床思维训练所需要具备的前提条件,并在PBL实施过程中需要遵循的相应程序和方法。

Abstract: Problem-based learning(PBL) is one of the core features of the second generation of medical education reformation, which plays an important role in the establishment of medical students' clinical thinking. To achieve this goal, certain preconditions are needed, and to adhere to the corresponding procedures and methods in the process of PBL.
