利用生活技能教育选修课程培养医学生心理社会能力的实证研究

An empirical study on the construction of psychosocial competence of medical college students by using the elective course of living skill education

摘要: 目的 了解生活技能教育对高等院校医学生心理社会能力的影响,为在高等院校医学生中推广生活技能教育提供参考依据。方法 在北京大学医学部开设以生活技能教育为主要内容的“生活技能教育与心理健康促进”选修课程,对选修本课程的39名学生在课程学习前后分别使用校内青少年生活技能量表(修订版)、流行病学调查用抑郁自评量表(CES-D)和社会焦虑量表进行问卷调查,根据量表评分对学生的心理社会能力进行评估。结果 课程学习前后,学生的校内青少年生活技能量表(修订版)和社会焦虑量表评分差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01), 76.9%(30/39)的学生的生活技能得到提高,79.5%(31/39)的学生的心理状况得到改善,51.3%(20/39)的学生的焦虑情况得到缓解。结论 生活技能教育有助于高等院校医学生心理社会能力的增强,通过生活技能选修课程进行深入的心理干预很有实效。

Abstract: Objective To know the effect of living skills education on medical college students' psychosocial competence, provide the reference for popularizing the living skills in medical universities. Methods A curriculum named living skills education and psychology health promotion was designed and conducted among undergraduates in Peking University Health Science Center before and after curriculum, the questionnaire survey was performed among 39 students who have taken this course, and their psychosocial competence levels were evaluated by school teenagers' living skill scale, CES-D and social anxiety scale scores. Results There were significant differences in students' school teenagers' living skill scale scores and social anxiety scale scores between before and after curriculum(all P<0.01).76.9%(30/39) students' life skills were improved,79.5%(31/39) of the students' psychological conditions were improved, and 51.3%(20/39) students' anxiety was relieved. Conclusions The living skills education and psychology health promotion curriculum can improve the psychosocial competence of students in medical schools, it is effective to promote the elective course of life skills in medical schools.
