摘要: 目的 探索操作技能直接观察评估(direct observation of procedural skills,DOPS)方法在皮肤病学皮肤真菌镜检实践教学中的应用。方法 采取实验对照方法。选取安徽医科大学2011级五年制临床医学专业60名实习学生为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各30名学生。在皮肤真菌镜检教学中,实验组采取操作技能直接观察评估教学方法,对照组采取传统方法。实习结束后,比较两组学生真菌镜检技能考核结果,并通过问卷调查评估实验组学生对该教学方法的满意度。结果 ①问卷结果表明,在“对适应证及操作步骤熟悉的程度”的项目中,比较两组学生得分,差异无统计学意义;其余项目比较,实验组学生得分均高于对照组学生,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);②两组学生对真菌阳性辨识率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.024),但实验组学生所用时间更短;③问卷调查结果显示,93.3%的实验组学生对新教学方法更满意。结论 在皮肤病学皮肤真菌镜检中引入DOPS进行教学和考评,取得了良好的教学效果。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application of direct observation of procedural skills (DOPS) in clinical practice teaching of fungal microscopic examination.Methods Sixty clinical medicine undergraduate students graded 2011 in Anhui Medical University were random divided into 2 groups, thirty students in both experimental group and control group. Direct observation of procedural skills teaching method was adopted in experimental group, while traditional teaching method was adopted in control group. The teaching results of two different methods of teaching were valued by DOPS and questionnaire survey.Results (1) There was no significant difference in the first item “ the degree of familiar with indication and operation steps” between the two groups, the scores of the other items were higher in experimental group students, the difference was statistically significant (all P<0.05).(2) There was no significant difference in the identification of fungal positive rate between the two groups, the time to identify positive results was shorter in experimental group(P=0.024).(3) At the end of probation the questionnaire showed that 93.3% of the students in the experimental group were more satisfied with this new way of teaching.Conclusions Direct observation of procedural skills teaching method achieved good results in the teaching of fungal microscopic examination.
