摘要: 通过梳理并研究不同阶段医学生人文精神培训与评估的文献与经验,探索和构建医学生不同阶段医学人文精神连续和渐进的培训与评估体系,希望使“5+3”一体化培养的医学生的人文精神培养实现从表及里、从初级到高级、从形成到完善,以促进我国医学水平的提高和医疗环境的改善。

Abstract: By combing and studying the literature and experience of training and evaluation of humanistic spirit of medical students at different stages, this paper explores and constructs continuous and gradual training and evaluation system for medical humanities at different stages of medical students, hoping to make medical students accepting “5 +3” integrated training achieve the humanistic spirit from the outside to the inside, from the primary to the advanced, from the formation to the perfect,to promote the medical level and improve the medical environment of our country.
