心理测量视角下医学人文素养评价的理论思考

摘要: 探讨心理测评的相关技术在医学人文素养评价体系中的应用。在横向比较投射测验、内隐联想测验、计算机自适应测验、计算机辅助访谈技术、基于情景模拟的行为评估技术、心理测验和知识测验的基础上,进一步提出了医学人文素养的评价方式。心理测量技术在医学人文素养评价中的实施,有利于医学生人文素养的量化评估考核。

Abstract: To explore the application of psychological assessment technique in the humanistic quality education evaluation system. On the basis of longitudinal comparison during the projective test, implicit association test, computerized adaptive testing, psychological test, knowledge tests, we proposed that estimated methods in the humanistic quality education measurement system. The application of psychological assessment technique in the humanistic quality education measurement system was helpful to quantitative assessing the level in the medical students.
