多学科协作教学在癫痫临床教学中的应用

摘要: 目的 探讨多学科协作教学模式相对于常规教学模式在癫痫临床教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2016年在首都医科大学宣武医院癫痫中心进修学习的30名学员为研究对象。2016级春季班15名学员为对照组,2016级秋季班15名学员为实验组。对照组在癫痫教学中采用常规教学模式,实验组采用多学科协作教学模式,两组均进行为期3个月的教学。通过出科考试及问卷调查的形式对两组教学效果进行评估。结果 实验组学员的出科考试成绩较对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.08,P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,实验组学员对多学科协作教学模式的满意度更高。结论 将多学科协作教学引入癫痫教学,有助于提高学员对癫痫的临床诊疗能,培养高水平的医学人才。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative teaching model in clinical teaching of epilepsy compared with conventional teaching mode. Methods 30 students who studied at the Epilepsy Center of Xuanwu Hospital in 2016 as research subjects. Of these 15 students from autumn 2016 semester were the experimental groupand 15 students from Spring 2016 Semester were the control group. The control group underwent the conventional teachingwhile the experimental group received the multidisciplinary cooperative teaching. The period of teaching in both groups lasted for 3 months. The effects of different teaching modes were evaluated in the form of examination and questionnaire. Results The test scores of the experimental group were better than those in the control groupand the difference was statistically significant (t=2.08, P<0.05). The results of the questionnaire showed that the students in the experimental group were more satisfied with the multidisciplinary collaborative teaching model. Conclusions It is helpful to improve students’ clinical diagnosis and treatment ability and to train high-level medical professionals by introducing multidisciplinary collaborative teaching into epilepsy teaching.
