澳大利亚卫生法治人才培养体系与启示

Australian health rule-of-law talent cultivation system and enlightenment

摘要: 澳大利亚有着丰富的卫生法治人才培养经验。澳大利亚悉尼大学与墨尔本大学在卫生法治人才培养体系方面具有较高的代表性,它们建立了合理的卫生法学课程体系、跨学科的卫生法学教学科研平台和高质量的师资队伍,运用丰富的教学内容和灵活的教学方法为澳大利亚卫生法治人才培养做出了重要贡献。借鉴澳大利亚的卫生法治人才培养经验,建议我国强化本科教育阶段的卫生法学教育,在研究生培养阶段突出高校的优势学科特色,创新灵活多样的卫生法学教学方法。

Abstract: Australia has rich experience in cultivating health rule-of-law talents. The University of Sydney and the University of Melbourne are highly representative of the cultivation system of health law talents, and have established reasonable health law curriculum systems, interdisciplinary health law teaching and research platforms and high-quality teaching staff, and have made significant contributions to the training of health law talents in Australia by using rich teaching content and flexible teaching methods. Taking Australia as a model, it is recommended that China strengthen health law education at the undergraduate level, highlight the superior disciplinary characteristics of each university at the postgraduate level, and innovate flexible and diversified teaching methods for health law.
