上海某医院医学研究生对导师指导的满意度及其影响因素的调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of the satisfaction and influencing factors of medical postgraduates with mentor guidance in a hospital in Shanghai

摘要: 目的 分析医学研究生对导师指导的满意度及其影响因素,为提高医学研究生对导师指导满意度提供实证支持。方法 采用问卷调查方法。2022年1至4月,采用便利抽样方法,以上海交通大学医学院附属某三甲医院129名在读全日制医学研究生为调查对象,课题组自行设计问卷,基于医学研究生的视角,从师生交流、科研习惯培养、毕业课题指导等方面进行满意度的调研分析。采用多元线性回归模型分析研究生对导师指导满意度的影响因素。结果 对导师指导非常满意和比较满意的研究生为104人(80.6%)。师生学业方面的沟通频率(b=0.26,P=0.026)、非学业方面的沟通频率(b=0.37,P=0.003)、师生讨论毕业课题的频率(b=0.66,P=0.002)与研究生的满意度呈显著正相关,导师指定毕业论文选题(b=-0.42,P=0.024)与研究生的满意度呈显著负相关。结论 医学研究生对导师指导的满意度有待提高。增加师生学业和非学业方面沟通频率、增加师生讨论毕业课题的频率有助于提高医学研究生对导师指导的满意度,毕业论文选题应充分考虑医学研究生自身的兴趣。

Abstract: Objective To analyze medical graduate students' satisfaction with advisor's guidance and its influencing factors, in order to provide empirical support for improving the satisfaction of medical graduate students with mentor guidance. Methods A questionnaire survey was used. From January to April 2022, 129 full-time medical graduate students in a top-three hospitals affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine were selected as the survey objects by using the convenient sampling method, and a self-designed questionnaire was developed and implemented to investigate aspects of teacher-student communication, scientific research habit training, and graduation project guidance. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of graduate students' satisfaction with mentor guidance. Results There were 104 graduate students (80.6%) who very satisfied with the advisor's guidance. The frequency of teacher-student academic communication (b=0.26, P=0.026), non-academic communication (b= 0.37, P=0.003), and discussion of thesis topic between teachers and students (b= 0.66, P=0.002) were significantly positively correlated with satisfaction with advisor's guidance, whereas advisor's mandatory assignment of thesis topic (b=-0.42, P=0.024) was significantly negatively correlated with satisfaction. Conclusions The satisfaction of graduate students with mentor guidance needs to be improved. Increasing the frequency of academic and nonacademic communication between teachers and students, and enhancing the frequency of thesis discussion between teachers and students are necessary to improve student satisfaction. The selection of student thesis topic should fully consider students' own interests.
