基于知识图谱的中国继续医学教育研究可视化分析

Visualization analysis of continuing medical education research in China based on knowledge mapping

摘要: 目的 通过知识图谱分析我国继续医学教育文献分布、研究热点和发展趋势,为相关研究提供参考。方法 通过可视化软件CiteSpaceV5.7.R2,运用关键词共现网络、中心度分析、聚类分析以及突现词分析等方法,对中国知网等数据库继续医学教育研究的相关文献进行分析。结果 共纳入3 470篇研究文献,文献数量呈波动上升趋势,于1990年、2000年和2011年分别形成3个波峰。合作网络分析提示高发文机构主要集中在继续医学教育行政主管部门中华医学会以及部分医学院校。通过高频关键词聚类分析发现继续医学教育研究主要聚焦于10个研究热点方向。研究主题具有由浅入深、从概念、对象向管理、内涵质量发展的演进趋势。“全科医生”“继续教育培训”“卫生管理”“规范化培训”和“互联网+”成为新的突现词。结论 我国继续医学教育研究紧跟时代热点,正在向常态化、个体化、信息化方向发展。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the literature distribution, research hotspots and development trends of continuing medical education in China through knowledge atlas, and to provide reference for related research. Methods Through the visualization software Citespacev5.7.R2, the relevant literature of continuing medical education research in databases such as CNKI was analyzed by using the methods of keyword co-occurrence network, centrality analysis, cluster analysis and emergent word analysis. Results A total of 3 470 studies were included, and the number of studies showed a fluctuating upward trend, with three peaks forming in 1990, 2000 and 2011 respectively. The analysis of cooperative network showed that the institutions with high publications mainly concentrated in the administrative authority of continuing medical education, Chinese Medical Association and some medical colleges and universities. Through high-frequency keyword cluster analysis, it is found that continuing medical education research mainly focuses on 10 research hotspots. The research topic has an evolutionary trend from shallow to deep, from concept and object to management and connotation quality. Conclusions The research of continuing medical education in China keeps up with the hot spot of The Times, and is developing to the direction of normalization, individualization and informatization.
