耳鼻咽喉科学课程思政教学探索

Exploration of curriculum-based political and virtual awareness education in otorhinolaryngology

摘要: 挖掘耳鼻咽喉科学蕴含的思政元素融入耳鼻咽喉科学课程教学,有助于引导学生树立正确的人生观、价值观,培养社会责任感。本文以中山大学2019级临床医学专业96名学生和2019级法医学专业32名学生为教学对象,阐述了中山大学附属第三医院耳鼻咽喉科学教研室对课程思政建设进行的实践和探索,通过课前教学督导对授课教师的试讲进行评价、课后对学生进行课程思政教学满意度调查,分析耳鼻咽喉科学课程思政的教学效果。结果显示,5名授课教师的督导评价结果均为优秀。临床医学专业和法医学专业学生对课程思政的总体设计、思政案例提高学习兴趣、思政教育提高人文素养、思政教育增强团队协作、思政教育有助于了解职业规范、思政教育与专业课程内容的融合表示满意的人数均超过85%,且其对课程思政教学的评价结果差异均无统计学意义[如在课程思政的总体设计方面,分别有92名(95.8%)和30名(93.8%)学生表示满意,P=1.000]。授课教师具有良好的课程思政教育能力,耳鼻咽喉科学课程思政教学得到不同专业学生的认可,学生对耳鼻咽喉科课程思政教学较为满意。

Abstract: Exploring the curriculum-based political and virtual awareness elements embedded into the otorhinolaryngology course helps guide students to establish a correct outlook on life and values and cultivate a sense of social responsibility. In this study, 96 students majoring in clinical medicine enrolled in 2019 and 32 students majoring in forensic medicine enrolled in 2019 of Sun Yat-sen University were recruited, the practice and exploration of political and virtual awareness education carried out by the faculty of Otorhinolaryngology of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University were expounded. The teaching effect is assessed through the evaluation of lecturers' trial lectures by senior supervisors before class and the survey of students' satisfaction about the element of political and virtual awareness after class. The results showed that the supervisory evaluation results of all five teachers were all excellent. More than 85% of clinical medicine and forensic medicine students are satisfied with the overall design of the political and virtual awareness element in curriculum, cases to improve learning interest, to improve humanistic literacy, to enhance teamwork, and to help understand professional norms, and integrating such element with professional course content. And there was no statistically significant difference in the evaluation results of political and virtual awareness in the curriculum [for example, in terms of the overall design of ideological and political education in the curriculum, 92 (95.8%) and 30 (93.8%) students expressed satisfaction respectively, P=1.000]. The teachers have good instructing abilities in the course, and the political and virtual awareness element in the otolaryngology science course has been recognized by students from different majors. Students are relatively satisfied with the political and virtual awareness in the otolaryngology science course.
