摘要: 公共卫生高层次人才是贯彻实施卫生与健康工作方针的关键人力资源。健康中国建设既需要具有国际视野和创新能力的高水平研究人员,也需要实践技能过硬的应用型人才。以高层次人才为培养目标的公共卫生硕士研究生教育,应当根据健康中国建设对公共卫生的新要求分类培养,学术学位研究生的培养应当注重学科之间的交叉融合、国际化视野的拓展和原始创新能力的提升;专业学位研究生的培养应当聚焦岗位胜任力、注重实践环节和突出应用能力。

Abstract: High-level talents of public health are key human resources for implementing hygiene and health policy concerned.Healthy China's construction requires both high-level researchers with international vision and innovative capacity,as well as health escorters with practical skills and strong application.The goal of postgraduate education is aimed to cultivate high-level talents and must be classified according to the new public health requirements of healthy China.Academic degree should focus on interdisciplinary integration,international vision expansion and the improvement of original innovative ability and professional degree should focus on competency,practical skills and strong application.
