公共卫生学院学生教育环境感知、学业自我效能感与学习投入的网络关系研究

A study on the network relationship between educational environment perception, academic self efficacy, and learning engagementin the school of public health

摘要: 目的 构建教育环境感知和学业自我效能感与学业投入各维度之间的网络关系,为提高公共卫生学院学生学业投入提供具体支持。 方法 采用方便抽样法,选取宁夏医科大学2018~2022级公共卫生学院964名学生为研究对象。综合基本情况调查表、教育环境感知量表、学业自我效能感量表和学业投入量表编制问卷,并对问卷数据进行描述性分析、单因素方差分析和网络分析。结果 公共卫生学院学生教育环境感知和学业自我效能感与学业投入的评分分别为(58.94±24.03)分、(75.90±15.01)分、(62.38±21.44)分。网络分析结果显示,学习能力是教育环境感知与学业自我效能感网络关系中最重要的维度;教育环境感知与学习投入网络关系中各维度呈现负相关性;学业自我效能感与学业投入所有维度之间关系均较为紧密。 结论 公共卫生学院学生教育环境感知和学业投入与学业自我效能感的评分较低,且教育环境感知受年龄和是否贫困生的影响。本研究建立了教育环境感知和学业自我效能感与学业投入的网络关系,在提高公共卫生学院学生学业投入中具有一定的参考性。

Abstract: Objective Constructing a network relationship between the perception of educational environment, academic self-efficacy, and various dimensions of academic engagement, in order to provide specific support for improving academic engagement among students from the School of public health. Methods Convenient sampling method was used to enroll 964 students from the School of from the 2018-2022 cohort at Ningxia Medical University. Develop a questionnaire based on the comprehensive basic situation survey, educational environment perception scale, academic self efficacy scale, and academic engagement scale, and perform descriptive analysis, one-way ANOVA, and visual network analysis on the data. Results The scores of perceived educational environment, academic self-efficacy, and academic engagement among students from the School of public health were (58.94±24.03), (75.90±15.01), and (62.38±21.44), respectively. The visual network analysis results showed that learning ability is the most important dimension in the network relationship between educational environment perception and academic self-efficacy. There was a negative correlation between various dimensions in the network relationship between perceived educational environment and learning engagement. The relationship between all dimensions of academic self-efficacy and academic engagement was relatively close. Conclusions The scores of educational environment perception, academic engagement, and academic self-efficacy among students from the School of public health are relatively low, and are influenced by age and whether they are impoverished. This study preliminarily established the network relationship between educational environment perception, academic self-efficacy, and academic engagement, which has certain referential value in improving academic engagement among students from the School of public health.
