某医学院校不同专业临床输血学课程教学改革探讨

摘要: 为保证临床输血学课程教学质量,全面提高临床输血质量和安全,某医学院校针对不同专业的学生,对临床输血学课程的教学进行了改革。改革后的课程按照不同专业学生在未来职业岗位上处于临床输血工作的不同环节,依据岗位胜任力的要求,有的放矢地设置临床输血学课程。课程改革后,不仅强化了各专业学生对输血知识的学习,而且有助于他们在未来岗位上更好地胜任输血工作,将所学运用于临床工作中。

Abstract: In order to guarantee the teaching quality of clinical blood transfusion and improve the quality and safety of clinical transfusion, a medical college reformed the teaching of clinical blood transfusion curriculum for students of different specialties. Students of different majors are in different links of clinical blood transfusion in future professional posts, the curriculum was set up according to the requirements of different majors for students' competence. After the curriculum reform, it not only strengthens the students' study of blood transfusion knowledge, but also helps them to be better qualified for the blood transfusion work in the future, and to apply what they have learned in clinical work.
