“主动见习,融通教学”在妇产科学教学中的应用

The application of “active probation and fusion teaching” in obstetrics and gynecology teaching

摘要: 目的 比较“主动见习,融通教学”和传统教学在妇产科学教学中的实施效果,对“主动见习,融通教学”做出评价,并提出改进意见。方法 将接受“主动见习,融通教学”的中南大学2012级八年制临床医学专业69名学生设为实验组,将接受传统教学的同级同专业的36名学生设为对照组,采用理论考核、技能操作考核和问卷调查的方式对两组学生的教学效果进行综合评价。结果 在理论成绩、技能操作成绩、学习主动性方面,实验组学生优于对照组学生,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);在学习积极性、自信心、教学满意度方面,两组学生差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 “主动见习,融通教学”在妇产科学教学中的实施效果优于传统教学。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of “active probation and fusion teaching” in obstetrics and gynecology teaching.Methods Eight-year clinical program students enrolled in clinical medical practice in the fall of 2016 in our hospital were selected as the study objects. The control group(36 cases) received traditional teaching model,the experimental group(69 cases) received the active probationary model. The teaching effect was evaluated and compared by theory test, skill operation and questionnaire survey.Results The students in the experimental group were better than the control group in theoretical scores, skill operation scores and learning initiative. There was no significant difference between the two groups in learning enthusiasm, confidence, satisfaction and adaptability.Conclusions The effect of “active probation and fusion teaching” is better than that of traditional teaching method in obstetrics and gynecology teaching.
