以提高学生能力为目标的职业卫生学综合性现场实验教学改革与探索

Reform and exploration of integrated labor field experimental teaching of occupational hygiene aiming at improving students' ability

摘要: 职业卫生学作为预防医学专业的一门应用型课程,着重培养和提高学生运用所学卫生知识进行实践的能力。本文以北京大学医学部2011级和2012级七年制预防医学专业153名学生为研究对象,通过采取综合性现场实验教学和以学生为主体的教学方式,使学生在角色扮演和亲身体验中,锻炼和提高其综合运用知识的能力和开展职业卫生实践工作的技能;同时采用观察、访谈和问卷调查法,综合评价教学改革的效果。教学结束后的调查结果表明,学生对本次教学改革的满意度较高,综合性现场实验教学的开展对提高学生能力和综合素质具有明显优势。

Abstract: As an applied subject within the preventive medicine, the teaching object of occupational hygiene should focus on training students' practical ability for application of knowledge. This study took undergraduate of preventive medicine in Peking University as subjects, adopted comprehensive experiment and student-centered teaching methods, and aimed to train and improve students' ability to carry out occupational health activities and integrate knowledge on their innovation performance through role-play and hands-on experience. The effects of teaching reform and students' preference were evaluated using observation, interview and questionnaire survey. The survey shows that students are higher satisfied with this teaching reform, comprehensive on-site experimental teaching has obvious advantages to enhance students' ability and comprehensive quality.
