摘要: 目的 探讨基于微信公众平台的案例教学方法在糖尿病联络护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法 选取2015年6月~2016年6月在中山大学附属第三医院进行规范化培训的56名糖尿病联络护士(以下简称联络护士)为研究对象。采用实验对照研究方法。将这些联络护士按照随机数字表分为实验组和对照组,每组28人。实验组采用基于微信公众平台的案例教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法。培训结束后,对两组联络护士进行问卷调查和操作考核,比较培训效果。结果 实验组联络护士的糖尿病基础知识成绩高于对照组护士,差异具有统计学意义(t=9.52,P<0.01);实验组联络护士胰岛素注射和血糖监测成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01);实验组联络护士在病区患者管理、血糖监测和胰岛素注射、病区护士专科指导和团队合作与反馈4个方面均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论 基于微信公众平台的案例教学方法可以提高糖尿病联络护士的专业理论知识、操作能力和专科护理管理行为。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of case-based learning based on WeChat public platform in standardized training of diabetes link nurse.Methods An experimental control method was used. 56 diabetes link nurses under standardized training program in the third affiliated hospital of Sun Yet-sen University from June 2015 and June 2016 were randomized into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was taught by case-based learning based on WeChat public platform, and the control group was taught by traditional teaching method. The effect of different training methods on diabetes link nurses' comprehensive ability was analyzed.Results The diabetes knowledge scores in experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (t=9.52,P<0.01).The scores of insulin injection skill in experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (t=7.23,P<0.01).The scores of glucose monitoring skill in experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (t=11.93,P<0.01). The patient management, specialized performance, specialist guidance, teamwork and feedback of experimental group were significantly superior to those in the control group(all P<0.01).Conclusions Case-based learning based on WeChat public platform improved the diabetic knowledge, specialized operating performance and management behavior, which is worthy of further exploration and promotion.
