妇科腔镜手术视频联合实际案例在妇科学见习教学中的应用

摘要: 目的 探讨妇科腔镜手术视频联合实际案例教学在妇科学见习教学中的应用效果。方法 选择武汉大学2011级五年制临床医学专业101名学生为研究对象,在妇科学见习教学中,根据学号随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组学生采用高清手术视频结合病例进行妇科学见习教学,对照组学生采用传统带教方法。见习教学结束后,通过对学生进行问卷调查和考试评价教学效果。结果 调查结果显示,在增加学习兴趣、有助于解剖结构的理解、加深对疾病的整体认识、培养临床思维能力方面,腔镜手术视频联合实际案例的教学方法优于传统教学方法,两者差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),但在提高交流沟通能力方面两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组学生考试成绩为(84.2±6.4)分,明显高于对照组学生成绩(79.0±5.4)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 在妇科学见习教学中,腔镜手术视频联合实际案例教学方法有助于教学效果的提高,值得探讨应用。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of gynecological laparoscopic surgery videos combined with specific cases in probation teaching. Methods 101 five-year program clinical medical students from grade 2011 of Wuhan University were selected as the research object. They were randomly assigned into experimental group and control group according to the student ID. The experimental group received a new teaching method of gynecological laparoscopic surgery videos combined with specific cases,and the control group received the traditional teaching method. The teaching effect was evaluated through questionnaire investigation and the exam result. Results According to the survey,the experimental group was better than the control group in stimulating interest in learning,improving the understanding of pelvic anatomical structures,deepening the overall understanding of disease,training clinical thinking ability. There were statistical differences (all P<0.05). There was no significant difference between these two groups in improving communication skills (P>0.05). The test score of experimental group (84.2±6.4) was higher than that of the control group (79.0±5.4). There was statistical difference (P<0.001). Conclusions The application of gynecological laparoscopic surgery videos combined with specific cases achieved good teaching effect in probation teaching.
