摘要: 本文从医学生的选拔方式、培养模式、课程设置、教学方法、教学效果评价等几个方面,分析了美国内布拉斯加大学医学中心医学教育的特点,同时对比我国医学教育的现状和问题,并根据我国的国情和医学教育的现状提出了一些建议,希望为我国医学教育改革提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: This paper analyzed the clinical medical education characteristics of University of Nebraska Medical Center in the aspects of MD program enrollment, training model, curriculum, teaching method and instructional evaluation. The advantages and existing problems of Chinese clinical medical education system were discussed as well. It puts forward some suggestions according to the present situation of Chinese medical education and the reality of China, hoping to provide the reference for the present stage of our country's medical education reform.
