摘要: 目的 探讨病理学与临床医学联合教学在病理学教学中的应用效果。方法 以九江学院2012级和2013级五年制临床医学专业64名学生为研究对象,2012级34人为对照班,采用传统教学方法,2013级30人为实验班,采用病理学与临床医学联合教学的方法。通过期末考试成绩、病例分析报告及学生评价等分析两种不同教学方法的教学效果。结果 实验班学生病理学期末考试成绩明显优于对照班学生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验班学生分析病例时能够将某些临床问题与已学过的相关基础知识相结合;实验班学生对其教学方法的评价也比较高。结论 病理学与临床医学联合教学有助于调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,有助于培养学生的综合能力。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of pathology combined with clinical medicine in the teaching of pathology.Methods In Jiujiang University 64 five-year program medical students in grade 2012 and 2013 were selected as the research object, 34 students of grade 2012 were as control group using traditional teaching method, 30 students of grade 2013 were as experimental group adopting pathology combined with clinical medicine teaching. The teaching effects of the teaching methods were analyzed through final examination, pathological analysis report and self-evaluation of students.Results The scores of final examination of experimental group were better than those of control group , there was statistical difference (P<0.05), and the experimental group' evaluation of their teaching method was high. Moreover, the abilities of experimental group of the clinical case analysis with related basic subject knowledge were improved.Conclusions Pathology teaching combined with clinical medicine could be helpful to mobilize students' enthusiasm and initiative, cultivate students' comprehensive ability.
