迷你临床演练评估在提高护理学专业实习学生岗位胜任力中的应用

Application of Mini-CEX on improving the post competency of internship nursing students

摘要: 目的 探讨将迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)应用于护理学专业实习学生临床实践模式的应用效果,以期提高学生岗位胜任力,提高临床护理学实践教学质量。方法 选取2016年辽宁省锦州市某三甲医院120名护理学专业实习学生,随机将其分为实验组和对照组。对照组学生按照传统“师带徒”带教模式进行临床实践教学,实验组学生在传统临床实践教学模式基础上同时接受Mini-CEX教学。比较分析两组学生接受临床护理学实践教学后的综合考试成绩和岗位胜任力评分。结果 实验组学生综合考试成绩高于对照组学生。实验组学生在岗位胜任力7个维度上的评分均高于对照组学生。结论 Mini-CEX有助于提高护理学专业实习学生的岗位胜任力,应该在临床护理学实践教学中推广应用。

Abstract: Objective To make discussion on the application effects of Mini-CEX(Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise,Mini-CEX)used in the clinical practice patterns of baccalaureate nursing students,in order to improve the post competency of baccalaureate nursing students and the teaching quality of clinical nursing practice.Methods To select 120 undergraduate nursing students which are divided into two groups randomly in top three level hospitals of Jinzhou city, Liaoning Province in 2016. Students in matched group were taught with traditional pattern of “master instructing apprentice” for clinical practice teaching, but students in experimental group were taught both by the traditional clinical practice and the Mini-CEX teaching patterns. Contrastive analysis the students comprehensive test scores on the post competency of the two groups after clinical nursing practice.Results The scores of students in experimental group are all higher than those in matched group, mainly on seven dimensions of assistant roles, education guidance, diagnosis function, management function, treatment intervention, quality guarantee and job roles, and there are statistical significance on the difference.Conclusions Mini-CEX could make good help on improving the post competency of nursing students, and it is worth to be applied widely in clinical nursing practice teaching.
