摘要: 目的 探索“互联网+”教学平台在住院医师规范化培训中的应用及效果。方法 从多个学习平台详细分析了住院医师规范化培训“互联网+”教学平台的理念、举措和成效。结果 在住院医师规范化培训中运用“互联网+”教学平台,在教与学两方面均能够发挥积极的作用。结论 信息技术使得知识的传播方式发生了革命性的变化,在住院医师规范化培训中,利用信息技术优势变革传统教学模式,顺应住院医师碎片化学习的内在需求,提高住院医师的学习效果,成为新形势下住院医师规范化培训工作的重要任务。

Abstract: Objective To explore the practice and effective of “Internet Plus” teaching and learning platform in resident standardized training.Methods The conceptions, measures and achievements of the “Internet Plus” teaching and learning platform in resident standardized training have been analyzed by multiple learning platform modes.Results The practice of “Internet Plus” platform in resident standardized training is effective in both teaching and learning aspects.Conclusions Internet technology makes revolutionary changes of knowledge dissemination methods. During the standardized training of residents, it is challenge of how to make use of the advantages of internet technologies to change the traditional teaching modes, adaptation the fragmented learning demands, promoting residents learning effects.
