摘要: 随着现代手术复杂性和风险性的增加,传统外科技能培训模式已经无法满足当前的培训需求。虚拟手术(virtual surgery,VS)系统突破传统人体模型和尸体等练习对象的局限,构建了高度仿真的手术环境,为外科培训赋予沉浸式体验,在医学教育中逐渐显露出独特优势。本文对VS在外科实践教学中的发展与现状进行梳理,主要介绍了VS的发展轨迹、教学优势及其在不同外科领域的应用价值等,并对其未来在医学教育中的应用与研发做出展望。

Abstract: With the increasing complexity and risk of modern surgeries, the traditional surgical skills training model can no longer meet the current training demands. The virtual surgery (VS) system overcomes the limitations of traditional practice objects, such as human models and cadavers, by creating a highly realistic surgical environment. It endows surgical training with an immersive experience and gradually reveals unique advantages in medical education. This article examines the development and current status of VS in surgical practice teaching, focusing on its development trajectory, teaching advantages, and applications across various surgical fields. It also looks ahead to its future application, research and development in medical education.
