超声标准图谱同屏显示在住院医师规范化培训肌骨超声教学中的应用

Application of standard image displayed on the same screen in musculoskeletal ultrasound teaching in standardized residency training

摘要: 目的 探讨肌骨超声扫查实时同屏显示标准图谱在住院医师规范化培训肌骨超声教学中的应用效果。 方法 采用试验对照方法。以2021年9月至2023年8月在江苏省苏北人民医院超声医学科轮转的 24名住院医师规范化培训学员为研究对象。采用随机数字表法,将其平均分为试验组和对照组。试验组学员采用超声标准图谱同屏显示方法教学,对照组学员采用传统教学。通过肌骨超声理论和操作技能考核、学员问卷调查评价教学效果,组间比较采用t检验和Fisher精确检验。 结果 试验组学员理论考核、操作考核、教学满意度评分均高于对照组学员[(86.25±2.14)分比(81.33±4.91)分、(88.50±3.06)分比(81.08±4.66)分、(4.49±0.39)分比(3.68±0.59)分],其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。 结论 采用超声标准图谱同屏显示方法进行肌骨超声教学,有助于学员快速、准确掌握肌骨超声技术,并且得到学员的认可。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of standard image displayed on the same screen during ultrasound scanning in musculoskeletal ultrasound teaching. Methods A trial control method was used. From September 2021 to August 2023, 24 residents who underwent standardized residency training in the ultrasound department of Subei People′s Hospital of Jiangsu Province were selected as study subjects. They were equally divided into the study group and the control group using the random number table method. The study group students were taught using the same screen display of standard image and ultrasound scanning method. The control group students were taught using the traditional method. The teaching effectiveness was evaluated through musculoskeletal knowledge and skills assessment, as well as student questionnaire surveys. T-test and Fisher exact test were used to compare the results of the two groups. Results The knowledge assessment scores, skills assessment scores, and teaching satisfaction scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group [(86.25±2.14) vs. (81.33±4.91), (88.50±3.06) vs. (81.08±4.66), (4.49±0.39) vs. (3.68±0.59)], all P <0.05. Conclusions The same screen display of standard image and ultrasound scanning method for musculoskeletal teaching is helpful for residents to quickly and accurately master musculoskeletal imaging techniques and is well-received by residents.
