两类院校健康服务与管理专业毕业生就业信心及其影响因素分析

Research on employment confidence of students in health service and management specialty

摘要: 目的 分析两类院校健康服务与管理专业毕业生的就业信心及其影响因素。方法 采用问卷调查方法。选取设有健康服务与管理专业10所院校的303名2017级毕业生为研究对象,了解毕业生就业信心及其影响因素。采用χ2检验分析两类院校毕业生就业信心的差异,采用logistic回归分析毕业生就业信心的影响因素。结果 医学类院校健康服务与管理专业毕业生对就业非常有信心的占比为8.6%(13/152),高于非医学类院校健康服务与管理专业毕业生,后者的占比为2.0%(3/151),其差异具有统计学意义(P=0.030)。课程教学内容实用性(P=0.025)、专业课程设置科学性(P=0.023)、较强的专业能力(P<0.001)、乐群性性格(P<0.001)等14个因素均对毕业生就业信心产生影响。结论 医学类院校健康服务与管理专业毕业生的就业信心高于非医学类院校毕业生。建议非医学院校进一步优化课程体系,规范专业课程内容和专业技能培训,提升毕业生就业信心。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the employment confidence of health services and management graduates and its influencing factors in two types of institutions. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 303 graduates enrolled in 2017 from 10 institutions with health services and management programs , to investigate their employment confidence and influencing factors. Chi-square test was used to analyze the differences in employment confidence to the students from different institutions, logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors. Results Among the graduates of health service and management majors from medical colleges, 8.6% (13/152) was very confident in employment, higher than those of health service and management graduates from non-medical colleges, which was 2.0% (3/151), the difference was statistically significant (P=0.030).In addition, 14 factors such as the practicality of course content (P=0.025), the scientific nature of the professional curriculum (P=0.023), strong professional competence (P<0.001), and a joyful personality (P<0.001) all had an impact on graduates' confidence in employment. Conclusions The employment confidence of graduates majoring in health service and management in medical colleges is higher than that of non-medical college graduates. Non-medical colleges should optimize the curriculum system, standardize the content of professional courses and professional skills training, then enhance the graduates' employment confidence .
