SPOC与直播融合教学方式在留学生病理生理学教学中的应用

Application of live broadcasting integrated small private online curriculum in teaching of pathophysiology for international students

摘要: 目的 探讨小规模限制性在线课程(small private online curriculum,SPOC)与直播融合教学方式在临床医学专业留学生病理生理学教学中的应用效果。方法 2021年3月,以昆明医科大学2018级六年制临床医学专业57名留学生为研究对象,采用问卷调查方法和深度访谈法,了解留学生对SPOC与直播融合式教学方式应用于病理生理学课程的学习体验。结果 问卷调查结果显示,55.8%(24/43)的留学生对病理生理学教学总体感到满意;55.8%(24/43)的留学生对本课程的教学方法感到满意。访谈结果发现,留学生普遍认可SPOC与直播融合教授的内容和形式,并认为可从中获益,但对线上教学的期望与传统课堂相比有一定差距,有待提升,并提出改进意见。留学生综合成绩及格率为100.0%(57/57),优秀率为36.8%(21/57);留学生形成性评价及格率为96.5%(55/57),优秀率为3.5%(2/57);留学生终结性评价及格率为85.9%(49/57),优秀率为12.3%(7/57)。结论 SPOC与直播融合教学方式得到学生的普遍认可,有助于留学生参与学习但线上学习成绩、体验感仍有待提高。

Abstract: Objective To study the effect of small private online curriculum(SPOC) plus live broadcasting integrated teaching method in the teaching of pathophysiology for international students who were candidates of bachelor of medicine. Methods In March 2021, 57 students enrolled in 2018 for a six-year program of clinical medicine in Kunming Medical University were selected as subjects. Questionnaires and interviews were used to evaluate the learning experience of students in the SPOC integrated with live broadcasting model in pathophysiology curriculum. Results The results of questionnaire survey showed that 55.8%(24/43) students were generally satisfied with the curriculum design of pathophysiology and 55.8%(24/43) of them were satisfied with the teaching methods. The interview conclusions showed that students benefited from the content and form of SPOC and live integrated teaching method but they still complained of some weakness as compared to traditional teaching mode. They also gave some suggestions to optimize the current teaching pathway. The overall pass rate of international students was 100.0%(57/57) and the excellent rate was 36.8%(21/57).The formative evaluation showed a pass rate of 96.5%(55/57) with an excellent rate of 3.5%(2/57), a final evaluation pass rate was 85.9%(49/57) for international students and the excellent rate was 12.3%(7/57). Conclusions Application of live broadcasting integrated SPOC has been generally recognized by students, and help international students to participate in learning, but the online learning performance and experience still need to be improved.
