摘要: 随着转化医学的不断发展与研究型医院建设进程的持续推进,我国研究型临床医生的数量缺口日益显著,难以满足医学研究与临床实践的发展需求。本文探讨了基于我国健康产业发展战略布局以及医疗服务体系与医疗教育体系现况,围绕“增量提升、存量调整”的基本原则,构建形成“院校教育与医院继续教育”相结合的研究型临床医生培养模式,以期促进我国研究型临床医学人才队伍的发展与壮大。

Abstract: With the continuous development of translational medicine and construction of research hospital, the quantity of research clinicians in China has become more and more insufficient which is difficult to meet the development needs of medical research and clinical practice. Given the strategic layout of the development of the health industry and the current status of the medical service system as well as medical education system in China, a research clinician training model consisted of “college education and hospital continuing education training” was proposed on the basic principles of “incremental promotion and stock adjustment”.
