英国物理治疗硕士研究生培养模式及其启示

The training mode of physiotherapy for master degree candidates in the United Kingdom and its implications

摘要: 我国康复治疗学硕士(物理治疗方向)人才培养起步较晚,与英国等发达国家物理治疗硕士研究生教育水平相差甚大。英国物理治疗硕士研究生培养体系完善、课程设置合理,本文对英国物理治疗硕士研究生的培养目标、培养过程、课程设置、教学内容和教学方法以及学生评价等方面进行介绍,借鉴英国的经验,我国康复治疗学硕士(物理治疗方向)研究生培养可以在建立专门的培养康复治疗人才的学院、加强教师队伍建设、丰富培养类型、提高入学考试的专业性、优化课程设置、改进教学方式和考核方式等方面进行尝试。

Abstract: The talent training of rehabilitation (physiotherapy) in China began quite late, so it is different to the training programs as well as training modes from the United Kingdom and other developed countries. The postgraduate training system of physiotherapy in UK is perfect and the curriculum is reasonable. This article introduces the training goal, training process, curriculum development, teaching content, teaching method and student evaluation of British master of physiotherapy, and learn from British experience. In China, training of rehabilitation (physiotherapy) for master degree candidates needs to develop specific academy for rehabilitation talent training, to strengthen the team building of supervisors, design more training types, improve the professional entrance examination, curriculum setting, teaching method and learning outcome evaluation.
