The exploration of cultivating postgraduates for professional master degree of medical technology

Abstract

Abstract: It was analyzed present situation and problem of advanced and complex personnel training in medical technology, and introduce the practical experience about cultivating postgraduates for professional master degree of medical technology as a pilot college for comprehensive reform of professional degree. It is suggested to improve the medical technology professional degree system and guarantee the smooth development of talents. Based on the national conditions, it should be promoted in the cultivation of advanced and complex talents in medical technology by using experience of other countries for reference.
