Qualitative research for influential factors of patients' satisfaction and approval to stomatology interns

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To analyze patients' satisfaction and approval to stomatology interns, and find out the necessary influential factors of patients' needs.Methods 324 of 400 patients visited Peking University Hospital of Stomatology were asked to fill in a questionnaire and interviewed briefly about satisfaction and approval to stomatology interns. The result of the interview was systematically arranged for a qualitative research.Results 3 unique patterns which patients concern most were found: the clinical instructions, the expression of interns' confidence, the skill of communication.Conclusions As a result of various factors, some patients are still worrying about stomatology interns. Patients emphasize more on skill and quality of stomatology interns. Measures should be carried out for the development of stomatology interns
