Abstract: Based on the construction of healthy China, the analysis of the new round of medical education reform and the new medical concept of full-cycle health services, the article discusses the connotation of the new medicine construction and clarifies the mainObjectives and tasks of it. The “objective-oriented” promotion strategy of point-surface combination and hierarchical classification, focusing on building a “demand-oriented” model of medical education with cross-disciplinary support and improving the “problem-oriented” continuous improvement guarantee system are some of the construction path of new medicine.
