Exploration of interdisciplinary integration talents cultivation for new medicine

Abstract: The “Medicine +X” interdisciplinary integration talents cultivation is an important measure to implement the national strategy of “education power” and “healthy China” and to promote the construction of new medicine. The article analyzed current situation and existent problems of interdisciplinary talent training in comprehensive universities of medicine. Combined with the practice of the “X+ medicine” and “medicine +X” dual pathways of interdisciplinary medical talent training, scientific innovation courses at different levels, the construction of new medical research and innovation institutions, reformation of interdisciplinary talent training mechanism in Zhejiang University were reviewed to provide a reference for reformation based on hybrid interdisciplinary training of medical talents in colleges and universities.
