Investigation of professional values among faculty in nursing school

Abstract: Objective To investigate and analyze the nursing professional values of the nursing professional teachers, and analyze the nursing teachers' professional values and the main influence factors, to meet the demand of social effectiveness of high-quality nursing talents to provide empirical basis and practice guidance. Methods Using cross-sectional survey questionnaire survey method,to investigate the nursing professional values of 101 participants. Results Nursing professional teachers' professional values total score is 113.06±15.42,The degree of recognition was higher, the teaching working years and the wage level are related to the values measured. Conclusions Nursing teachers should know the main factors affecting their professional values, take the effective measures to constantly improve their professional values.
